THE POSITION
You will be a key player on the senior management team and the right hand person to the broker/owners of The Faris Team. You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day backend operations of this rapidly growing real estate brokerage firm. You will lead, manage, mentor, develop and motivate an expanding team of Marketing, Client Care and Administration staff. You will manage and oversee a large volume of marketing, administrative and real estate projects (advertising campaigns, lead reply times and distribution). You will lead the way in implementing new ideas and processes that will further drive sales and operational efficiencies. You will lead in systemizing all real estate operations necessary to the pursuit of the company goals. To that end, you will constantly review, assess, refine and improve systems, processes and procedures related to delivering high quality / high volume real estate services in a timely manner consistently to each and every client. This includes improving the functionality and efficiency of existing CRM software (Listing Action Plan, Buyer Action Plan). You will constantly monitor on-going work and ensure projects are implemented on time and that they meet the expected standards. Your strong work ethic, hands-on approach, attention to detail and problem solving ability will enable you take ownership of these departments and to help propel The Faris Team to a new level of growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the senior management team, provide strategic and tactical input to help grow the business
Ensure the day-to-day operations run efficiently
Manage the Marketing, Client Care and Administrative staff - supervise, mentor and develop
Co-ordinate and manage a high volume of on-going marketing projects
Improve current systems, processes and procedures
Develop and implement new ideas
Ensure quality control standards for all departments
LOCATION: Barrie, Ontario
COMPRENSATION: Salary + Performance Bonus
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/Diploma (Marketing or Business preferred)
5 years hands-on management experience in a senior Marketing/Operations role
A respected leader of people, process and execution
Strong people management skills - able to get the best out of others and to build a highly productive cohesive team
Extensive project management knowledge and experience in marketing
Able to manage an extremely high volume of projects at the same time
Process improvement experience in creating structure and systems and developing processes and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
Able to implement ideas from concept to working reality
CRM software experience
Highly organized with ability to prioritize in the midst of conflicting urgent requests
Goal oriented, focused with a proven track record of getting things done and achieving results
Work experience in a fast paced, high achiever entrepreneurial environment
Able to work with little or no supervision
