In this newly created hands-on role, you will be the right hand person to the broker/owners of The Mark Faris Team. You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day backend operations of this rapidly growing real estate brokerage firm. You will lead, manage, mentor, develop and motivate an expanding team of Marketing, Client Care and Administration staff. You will manage and oversee a large volume of marketing, administrative and real estate projects (e.g. advertising campaigns, lead reply times and distribution). You will lead the way in implementing new ideas that will further drive sales and operational efficiencies. You will lead in systemizing all real estate operations necessary to the pursuit of the company goals. To that end, you will constantly review, assess, refine and improve systems, processes and procedures related to delivering high quality, high volume real estate services in a timely manner consistently to each and every client. This includes improving the functionality and efficiency of existing CRM software (e.g. Listing Action Plan, Buyer Action Plan). You will constantly monitor on-going work and ensure projects are implemented on time and that they meet the expected standards. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail and problem solving ability will enable you take ownership of these departments and to help propel The Mark Faris Team to a new level of growth.

Degree/Diploma (Marketing or Business preferred)
5 years management experience in a Marketing, Sales or Real Estate environment
Strong leader (people, process, execution)
Strong people management skills - able to get the best out of others
Extensive project management knowledge and experience
Able to manage a high volume of projects at the same time
Process improvement experience in creating structure and systems and developing processes and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
Able to implement ideas from concept to working reality
CRM software experience
Highly organized with ability to prioritize in the midst of conflicting urgent requests
Goal oriented, focused with a proven track record of getting things done and achieving results
Work experience in a fast paced, high achiever entrepreneurial environment
Able to work with little or no supervision
